Open iPhone Settings, find Pennumi, and allow Camera access. Manual barcode and photo-library choices remain available where applicable.

Pennumi is still in pre-release development. A dedicated support email address will be posted here before beta invitations begin.
Protect private shopping information
Never send an API key, password, full card number, loyalty-card barcode, or unredacted receipt. Hide payment, address, and loyalty details in screenshots.
Photo analysis failed
Confirm internet access and retry with a clear, well-lit, uncropped image. Pennumi preserves selected photos for retry. Review every returned field.
Wrong product, price, or store
Correct the proposal before saving. Switch or end Shopping Mode when the active retailer is wrong. Receipt and photo store mismatches require an explicit choice.
Location denied
Enter or choose the store manually. Location is optional, and Pennumi can be used without sharing it.
Export or delete data
Open Settings & Privacy to export structured records or delete app-managed local records and photos. Deletion cannot remove a copy exported elsewhere.
Preparing a support request
Record the Pennumi version, iPhone and iOS version, the screen involved, what you expected, and what happened. Include a redacted screenshot only if useful.
